Global Agenda of Action Webinar Series

To keep information exchanges among GAA stakeholders more lively in between workshops, and to provide people who have not been able to attend the workshops and platform meetings with an opportunity to present their work and experiences, the GAA Secretariat proposes to pilot a series of Web seminars.

If you would like to propose your presentation for inclusion in this series, please send your proposal to livestock-dialogue@fao.org, and we’ll set up the logistics and a convenient date for your  Webinar. We will advertise the Webinars widely via the various GAA networks. We look forward to your replies!

Multi-stakeholder platform meeting in Phuket endorses co-chair

02 Jan 2012 - A proposal by the current chair Jimmy Smith, Director General, International Livestock Research Institute, to co-chair the Interim Preparatory Committee of the Global Agenda of Action with Francois Le Gall, Livestock Adviser, World Bank has been endorsed by the 2nd Multi-stakeholder platform meeting in Phuket.
