Evaluation of the Global Agenda

An independent team of the Evaluation Office in FAO analysed the Global Agenda for Sustainable Livestock (GASL) for the period of 2011 to 2017. The evaluation was done for accountability and learning purposes. It concludes that GASL has successfully established a platform of a broad and diverse representation addressing a gap in the global discourse on livestock sustainability. It also recommends that consumer groups and gender perspective be adequately incorporated. The full report is published on the FAO evaluation WEBSITE. (8 March 2019)
