Focus Area Group Meeting: Closing the Efficiency Gap

19-20 September, 2013 - Rome, Italy

The main purpose of the meeting was to define criteria for selecting production systems and regions to assess natural resource use efficiency gaps.

Information was collected prior the meeting on:

  1.  Livestock Information Systems in relation to efficiency
  2.  Projects’ experience in relation to livestock efficient.

Two tables to fill up were circulated to that effect.

These information will provide more elements in defining criteria for selecting production systems and regions where future strategic planning could take place.
